I have my correct Long/lat entered and it is showing a Blue Moon for June 30/07 with the full moon on June 1/07. My Long/Lat is for the west coast of N/A and the full moon is for a time zone 3 zones to the west.

Since there is a way to set the date, but not time on the Lunar Phase page, the page displays the lunar phase at 12 midnight GMT as viewed from the center of the earth.

An alternate design would have been to use the LatLong of the viewer and the current time, but then letting the user change the date would become problematic without a way to also set the time.
